The independent short film, "How To Sleep In The Cold" tells the story of one homeless woman.  According to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, there were 771,480 homeless people in the US on January, 2024.  That figure increased 18% from the previous year.

WINTER ALERT:  If you want to make an instant and meaningful contribution to a homeless person, why not keep several pair of warm socks in your car.  Thermal warmth is as important as human warmth and contact, especially in the winter months.  Please be very careful when handing out any item to a homeless person when you're stopped in your car.  Be mindful of their safety as they're in close proximity to moving vehicles.  And be mindful of your own safety and security, too.  While your thoughtful gift will almost assuredly be greatly appreciated, you always want to have your one hand on the wheel and be prepared to pull out of reach if necessary.  The safety of everyone is paramount.
